Roasted beans suit any business with a grinder that wants fresh espresso or filter coffee without roasting in-house. Ground coffee is the practical choice where there is no grinder, such as offices, hotel rooms or catering, and it is where our decaf sits for evening menus and customers avoiding caffeine.
Green beans are for roasteries and brands that roast their own coffee and want control over the roast profile and freshness. If you want your own roast but not your own roaster, we can roast to your profile and pack it under your brand, which is covered on our OEM coffee page.
Start from what your customers order most. If most cups are lattes and cappuccinos, choose an espresso blend with enough body to come through milk. Among the Bristot blends, the names are a useful guide: Moka Oro Espresso Intenso is the bolder option, while 100% Arabica Espresso Delicato is the gentler one. Espresso Cremoso Italiano is a common middle ground for milk drinks.
For black coffee, pour-over or filter menus, single origins such as Colombia Tolima, Guatemala El Regalito or Honduras Arturo Paz let customers taste where the coffee comes from, and a seasonal bean such as Lara Sirna: Bangkit Kembali gives regulars a reason to try something new. If you also serve local kopi, our Hainan roasts give the bold, smoky cup Malaysian customers expect. Our guide to Robusta vs Liberica vs Arabica explains how bean types change the cup.
If you roast your own coffee, the questions are different. You need lots that stay consistent from order to order, enough information about each origin to plan your roast, and a supplier who can tell you when a lot is running out so your blend does not suddenly change.
We share the origins currently available in the consultation and can send green samples for test roasting before you commit. Store green beans somewhere cool, dry and away from strong smells, and plan orders around how quickly you roast.
Roasted coffee is at its best within a few weeks of roasting, so ordering smaller amounts more often usually gives a better cup than buying in bulk once. Keep beans sealed, away from light, heat and moisture, and grind only what you need for the day.
We agree a delivery rhythm with each customer so beans arrive at a steady pace rather than in one large batch that goes stale on the shelf.
Cafes and coffee bars use our espresso blends, single origins and seasonal beans for their menus. Restaurants and hotels look for espresso and ground coffee that stay consistent through a busy service. Roasteries buy green beans, offices and caterers prefer ground coffee and decaf, and retailers and online stores stock beans and ground coffee packs for home brewers. For the rest of our wholesale range, such as kopi powder, white coffee and drip bags, see our coffee supplier page.
Tell us about your business, your menu, your brewing equipment and roughly how much coffee you use each month. We send samples so you can cup them on your own equipment, then quote pack sizes, pricing and a delivery schedule. Wholesale prices and minimum orders are shared in that consultation.
