Who we are

This website, www.kefi.com.my, is operated by KEFI, with its marketing office at 1-12-6, Suntech @ Penang Cybercity, Lintang Mayang Pasir 3, Bayan Baru, 11950 Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, company name or SSM registration, and information about your coffee project. When you browse the website, we collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and how you arrived at the site.

How we use it

We use your contact details and project information to respond to your enquiry, prepare samples, quotations and proposals, and follow up on your request. To fulfil your request, we may share your enquiry details with our partner manufacturers and service partners, who use them only for that purpose. We use analytics data to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure visits and clicks, such as clicks on WhatsApp or email links. These cookies do not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-party services

The website is delivered through Cloudflare and uses Google Fonts and Google Analytics. Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Links to other websites, such as our online partner Oh! Sesame, are governed by those websites' policies.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any business relationship, and as required by law. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to further processing. To make a request, email hello@kefi.com.my.
